Eye-teaser Quilt - Augenkitzel-Quilt - Quilt Solletica l'Occhio // 1

I've started a new quilt and I'm very excited about it! I have a nice stash of striped cotton shirts that have been donated to me. With the exception of the collars they are in perfect condition. So this is my starting material and although I have some ideas I wonder myself what they will end up.

Ich haben einen neuen Quilt begonnen und bin darüber richtig aufgeregt. Ich habe einen schönen Haufen gestreifter Herrenhemden, die mir geschenkt wurden. Die Hemden sind gebraucht aber ausser der Kragen sind sie in hervorragendem Zustand. Dies ist also mein Ausgangsmaterial und obwohl ich schon ein paar Ideen habe, bin ich selbst gespannt, was daraus werden wird.

Ho incominciato un nuovo quilt e ne sono eccitata. Ho un bel mucchio di camicie usate che mi sono state donate. Sono usate ma all'infuori dei colletti sono in condizioni magnifiche. Questo é dunque il mio materiale di partenza e nonostante abbi qualche idea sono più che curiosa di vedere in cosa risulterà.
