And here are some more pictures of the wool blanket. I have to say I like it a lot. The only thing that didn't turn out as expected is that even though I tried to knit the long stripes of the same length once sewed together they resulted in different lengths. I thought about fixing that by adding or taking away the required amount of rows but finally decided to look at it as some kind of unusual fringe. What do you think?

Und hier die Wolldecke in ganzer Pracht. Mir gefällt sie. Die nicht gleichlangen Bahnen waren nicht beabsichtigt. Ich habe versucht, sie gleich lang zu stricken ohne die Reihen zu zählen, da die Wolle sowieso nicht immer gleich stark ist. Aber beim Zusammennähen habe ich gesehen, dass es nicht geklappt hat. Ich hab dann überlegt, das Problem durch Entfernen oder Hinzufügen von Reihen zu beheben. Schliesslich habe ich entschieden, den Rand so zu belassen und als unkonventionellen Fransenabschluss zu betrachten. Was meint ihr dazu?

Ed eccovi la intera coperta di lana. Devo dirvi che a me piace molto. Non è di mio proposito che le strisce sono risultate di diverse lunghezze. Ho pensato a rimediare poi ho deciso di lasciarle così. Una frangia un poco particolare. Cosa ne pensate?
