Lima // 4
I am still working on this. Because I'm such a good planner I have run out of fabric. Now I have to come up with a solution for finishing this top in a way that still pleases me. Where can I go from here? The most difficult aspect of such a process for me is to settle on one option. I often see various different ways forward and deciding which one is best isn't always straight forward. There rarely isn't just only one working. It is more about where I want to take it. About what I really want. I'll try to find out.

Books 2018
Hope you had a good start into the new year!
I love looking back at the books that were my companions during the past year. While social media is taking away a lot of my reading time I try hard to set aside time for reading and turning paper pages.
And every time I finish a book I take a picture and set it aside to revisit end of the year. And so I can see that the past year was dominated by the books of Elena Ferrante and two related to my travels to Napels and Peru which brings back memories of those places I really enjoyed visiting.
Not included here are the arts&crafts books mainly about quilting that also come to stay with me during the year.
I will be back with progress update on my quilting journey soon.
