sorting out and stowing away - aussortieren und einräumen - scartare e sistemare

One of the reasons I don't get done a lot at the sewing machine these days is that I was given some collected stuff no longer needed. It includes linens, yarns, buttons, various notions, and tons of ribbons. Heaven for a crafter! I'm enjoying sorting out and stowing away theses goodies but can't wait to be done with it and my studio is tidy again and ready for action.

Einer der Gründe weshalb ich nicht zum Nähen komme liegt darin, dass ich eine Menge gesammelter Dinge, die nicht länger gebraucht wurden, erhalten habe. Darunter Leintücher, Garne, Knöpfe, sonstige Kurzwaren und ca. Tausend Kilometer Bänder. Genau das Richtige für jemanden wie mich. Während ich mich mit aussortieren, waschen und einräumen vergnüge, kann ich es dennoch kaum erwarten, dass mein Atelier wieder aufgeräumt und bereit für meine eigene Kreativität ist.

Una delle ragioni che non riesco a mettere da parte tempo per il cucito è che ho ricevuto una collezione di lenzuoli, lana, bottoni e tra altro chilometri di nastri. Tutte cose che non venivano più usate e che a una creativa come me possono essere utili. Mentre mi diverto a scartare, lavare e sistemare questa bontà non vedo l'ora che il mio studio sia di nuovo messo in ordine e pronto per le mie azioni.
