My goal was to focus on two main colors and to use many different shades to bring them to life and let them shine. Also I wanted a rather simple pattern but with a surprising movement.
I really love the non-predictable repetition of the colors. That represents very well one of my favorite design element. I call it the regular irregularity or the irregular regularity. In other words a lot of repetition with sudden shifts. I like designs that keep your brain busy. As soon as one thinks to have understood its logic a sticking point shows up.
